At Luma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return Email us at helpatluma@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned after the 14-day window
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at helpatluma@gmail.com with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
